Tony Otten is a writer from Kentucky. He holds an MFA in fiction from the Warren Wilson Program for Writers in North Carolina. His stories have most recently appeared in Hawai'i Pacific Review, The Forge Literary Magazine, Jabberwock Review, and other journals. In his writing, he frequently centers the experiences of urban Appalachians navigating displacement and making their way as immigrants caught between rural and city life.
